All engineers are mid-to-senior level with 5+ years of professional experience and at least 2+ years with their primary technology stack. We do not place junior developers without explicit agreement.
How quickly can engineers start?+
Typically 3–5 business days from contract signing. We keep a bench of vetted engineers ready to deploy. For specialized roles like AI/ML, allow 7–10 days.
Do engineers work our hours or their own?+
We match engineers to your primary timezone and core working hours. You get real-time collaboration during your business day, not just async updates.
How is performance managed?+
You manage day-to-day work through your own standups, sprints, and code reviews. We provide an engagement manager who runs monthly check-ins and handles any performance issues or replacements.
What happens if an engineer is not a good fit?+
We offer a 2-week trial period. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we replace the engineer at no additional cost within 5 business days.
Do you sign NDAs and IP assignment agreements?+
